Richard Ding
Ding Liguo (Haozhou, Richard Ding), born in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China, is founder and CEO of topretailing.com (a vertical portal of retail and commercial real-estate) in China, chairman of Shanghai Zhuji Business Consulting Corp. Ltd.
Ding was the first member of Carrefour China's national management team in early 1996 as national development director. He led his team to establish 16 joint ventures and opened 26 stores in major cities across China, overseeing the whole process of site searching, screening and negotiation and liaising with other functional departments for store opening. He was also in charge of license securing, partner searching, establishment of joint ventures, and negotiation of lease contracts and purchase contracts with property and land developers. He interacted with international and domestic lawyers to handle major legal issues. He was also in charge of government and media relations from 1996 to 2000.
Ding is the founder and main architect of the hypermarket arm of the Wumart group, one of China's leading retailers with annual sales exceeding 3 billion USD, which was publicly listed in Hong Kong (HK 8277) in 2003.
Before joining Carrefour, Ding worked in the former MOFTEC (Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Co-operation) for seven years. Ding got his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1986 and Master of Laws from the Journalism Department of the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) in 1989.

J. Peter Zhang, MBA, PMP, CMC
J. Peter held various key positions in TD Bank Financial Group, AXA, and Accenture leading successful projects and programs that delivered exceptional business values and high customer satisfactions. Brought up in rural China, trained and educated in the world financial center - New York, he travels internationally helping his clients in variety of issues across industries in Financial Services, Insurance, Outsourcing, and Information Technologies.
J. Peter holds MBA degree in CIS/DS from St. John's University in New York with honor in 1999. Representing graduating MBA students, he received the Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS) alumni Bronze medallion from Great New York Chapter in recognizing his outstanding character, exceptional scholastic abilities, and the promise of future business leadership. J. Peter is fluent in Mandarin and was the China Press USA "Wall Street Watch" columnist from 2003 to 2004.
Active in local community, J. Peter has served a number of key roles in non-profit organizations including Chairman of Association of Chinese Students and Scholars at New York (ACSSNY) St. John's University chapter (1996 - 1998); Alumni Association board director of Peter J. Tobin College of Business in St. John's University (1999 to 2001); and Yahoo "Erban macro" market structure study group coordinator (1999 to 2004).
William Zhang
William Zhang has more than 20 years of textile export experiences, achieving outstanding sale results in US and European markets. As an expert of textile and apparel, he is also a strong team leader with high reputation in the industry, having trained large number of export professionals and keen on pursuing new export business models.
Mr. Zhang graduated from a well-known foreign language university in Beijing in 1986.
